Autonomous management of laboratory facilities and equipment **Job Description** ---------------------- Implement, develop, and validate analytical and biological techniques for preclinical and clinical microbiology research. Execute, implement, and validate analytical techniques for fish pathogens. Lead the preparation of challenge banks and record results to ensure optimal traceability and technical excellence. Work under quality policies, GLP guidelines, and biosafety requirements. Plan tasks efficiently, using and maintaining laboratory facilities and equipment correctly and autonomously. Maintain a robust customer service system by managing samples assertively. Communicate progress, propose preventive actions, and issue objective reports with confidentiality. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Aquaculture, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in diagnostic and/or research laboratories. * Experience implementing and validating microbiology, serology, cell culture, and PCR assays. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Desirable experience with analytical methodologies regulated by national/international authorities.
