Staff training and daily operations supervision **ARAMARK is seeking a KITCHEN MASTER/ MISTRESS** A leading food service company is currently recruiting a **Kitchen Master/Mistress** for an institutional operation. **Education and Experience Requirements:** * Technical secondary-level studies in cooking and/or training courses. * If leading a kitchen: **minimum 2 years of experience in institutional kitchens**. * If applying for a kitchen section supervisor role: **minimum 3 years of proven experience**. * Experience managing contracts serving **300 to 500 meals**, and/or kitchen sections serving **500 to 1,000 meals**. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Use of kitchen equipment: combi ovens, tilting skillets, steam kettles, blast chillers. * Knowledge of cutting techniques and proper use of cutting boards. * Recipe yield calculations and activity planning. * Knowledge of traditional cooking systems and **Cook & Chill**. * Understanding of **GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)**. * Proficiency in using checklists and temperature monitoring records. **Job Responsibilities:** * Organize daily service. * Perform requisitions and place orders. * Lead and train kitchen section staff. * Report to the Head Chef or **ADC**. * Supervise and manage staff. **Additional Requirements:** * Proper handling and use of **PPE**. * Ability to **work under pressure**. **Compensation:** * **$645,000 net monthly** **Work Schedule:** * **Rotating 6x1 shifts** * Morning and afternoon shifts Aramark provides equal employment opportunities; therefore, this position also accepts applications from persons with disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 21,015.
