Job Summary: R\\&Q Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to lead tender processes during the Construction phase, requiring experience in infrastructure and project coordination. Key Highlights: 1. R\&Q Engineering, an engineering and project company with over 45 years of history, is currently seeking a **Project Manager** to join a major tender process in the Construction phase under concession-based engineering for the **Coquimbo Region**. For this role, the following qualifications are required: * + Civil Engineer, Civil Engineer in Civil Works, Industrial Civil Engineer, or Architect, with at least 10 years of professional experience. * 2 (two) years of professional experience in engineering or construction of large-scale hydraulic or industrial infrastructure projects (e.g., water treatment plants, desalination plants, marine pipelines, or power generation facilities); OR * 3 (three) years of professional experience in public works concessions as a Project Manager providing fiscal inspection advisory services for major infrastructure (e.g., industrial, hydraulic, energy, or public building facilities exceeding 20\.000 m2\); OR * 4 (four) years of professional experience coordinating detailed engineering projects and/or reviewing detailed engineering projects and/or serving as a detailed engineering designer in thermal energy, desalination, or large-scale hydraulic or public infrastructure projects (exceeding 20\.000 m2\). * Demonstrable leadership experience in at least two (2\) desalination projects with capacity of ≥400 L/s during engineering phases (pre-feasibility, feasibility, basic engineering, and/or detailed engineering). * Experience developing at least one project using BIM systems or evidence of BIM system training. * Attach a photocopy of both sides of a valid Class B driver’s license. **Desired Profile** ------------------ For this role, the following qualifications are required: * + Civil Engineer, Civil Engineer in Civil Works, Industrial Civil Engineer, or Architect, with at least 10 years of professional experience. * 2 (two) years of professional experience in engineering or construction of large-scale hydraulic or industrial infrastructure projects (e.g., water treatment plants, desalination plants, marine pipelines, or power generation facilities); OR * 3 (three) years of professional experience in public works concessions as a Project Manager providing fiscal inspection advisory services for major infrastructure (e.g., industrial, hydraulic, energy, or public building facilities exceeding 20\.000 m2\); OR * 4 (four) years of professional experience coordinating detailed engineering projects and/or reviewing detailed engineering projects and/or serving as a detailed engineering designer
