Additionally, propose and implement improvements in production lines contributing to process efficiency, safety, and optimization. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * + Inspect and analyze equipment and spare parts. + Interpret complex technical drawings and catalogs. + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on complex equipment and installations according to the maintenance schedule. + Identify, analyze, report, and/or correct failures, conducting root cause analysis. + Operate equipment under your responsibility and know the manufacturer’s technical specifications. + Deliver specialized training to instrumentation technicians and operators. + Plan and manage spare parts replenishment. + Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and installations. + Operate and maintain transformers and switchboards in the electrical substation. + Operate medium- and low-voltage equipment. + Maintain electrical control circuits and UPS systems. + Inspect, maintain, and operate electric generators. + Repair and maintain lighting systems. + Maintain and repair manual, semi-automatic, and automatic packaging machines, as well as manual, semi-automatic, and automatic valves. + Calibrate and monitor weight, level, temperature, and pressure transmitters, as well as load cells, field sensors, and final control elements. + Maintain power and control panels. + Resolve issues related to instrumentation and electrical systems in the plant and offices. + Propose and implement continuous improvements in instrumentation systems (valves, temperature controllers, PLCs, etc.). + Participate in evaluating and requesting budgets for improvements to electrical and instrumentation installations. + Timely request critical spare parts for the instrumentation area. + Inspect the condition and hygiene of equipment and machinery before use, reporting any anomalies to your direct supervisor. **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS VACANCY?** **Experience** * Extensive and in-depth expertise in Rockwell Automation: PLCs, VFDs * Experience: 4 years in industry * Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office user level * Knowledge of Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC programming, frequency drive configuration, SIC 21, field sensors, and final control elements. **Skills** * Initiative * Analytical and problem-solving ability * Teamwork * Responsibility Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
