We are currently seeking an **Instructional Design Analyst** for our company. **What is the responsibility of this position?** The mission of this role is to analyze and design comprehensive training solutions, curriculum frameworks, and multimodal pedagogical resources to ensure the development of organizational employees’ competencies, in accordance with established guidelines. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Analyze training needs (DNI) and assess pedagogical requirements in collaboration with internal and external clients. * Design training programs, curriculum frameworks, instructional scripts, and multimodal learning resources (in-person, e-learning, virtual classroom, and blended). * Develop and update participant manuals, facilitator guides, presentations, and interactive didactic materials. * Coordinate with and review content validation and updating with technical experts and facilitators. * Verify and inspect compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations of the Quality Management System (QMS) during project implementation. * Monitor and record departmental indicators (development timelines, user satisfaction, and pass rates). **Requirements:** * University or Technical Professional Degree in Education, Psychopedagogy, Psychology, Human Resources Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in learning management or organizational development. * At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning scripting, and development of training materials. * Knowledge of andragogy, Bloom’s Taxonomy, active learning methodologies, competency-based assessment, e-learning tools, and advanced MS Office. *At SMU S.A., we support and promote Law No. 21.015 on Labor Inclusion.
