The selected candidate will lead the advisor team during training sessions, coordinate training plans jointly with external providers, implement training plans for the network of associated distributors, maintain the F\&I experience site, and train and enhance the knowledge of the F\&I team. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure achievement of established objectives. * Lead coordination and communication among the training team, partners, and Forum. * Responsible for program continuity, module development, and agenda planning. * Coordinate F\&I training sessions—minimum of 4 sessions per month—and lead and schedule F\&I training sessions. * Develop modules and training plans for the network of associated dealers, keep the experience site updated, and propose initiatives to improve communication and customer experience. Requirements: * Degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience as an F\&I Retail specialist * Intermediate Excel proficiency *If you enjoy challenges and want to join a major company, don’t hesitate to apply.*
