Opportunities for growth within the organization Job Description UEB Finance Chile is seeking a **Financial Planning Analyst** to support financial planning processes, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The candidate will work with finance and business teams to deliver clear and timely information that facilitates decision-making. Main Responsibilities * Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections. * Analyze actual results versus budget and prior periods. * Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. * Monitor revenues, expenses, margins, and key financial indicators. * Support annual planning processes and periodic reviews. * Conduct variance analysis and explain major deviations. * Prepare financial models and scenario analyses. * Coordinate data collection and validation across various departments. * Support cost control and financial efficiency initiatives. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial information. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Accounting and Auditing, Economics, Finance, or related field. * Experience in financial planning, FP&A, financial analysis, or management control. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools. * Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools. * Knowledge of Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools is desirable. * Ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable recommendations. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Analytical, responsible, and results-oriented profile. * Intermediate or advanced English is desirable.
