OUR COMMUNITY COMPRISES MORE THAN 1,000 STAFF MEMBERS AND FACULTY, OVER 30,000 STUDENTS, AND MORE THAN 25,000 GRADUATES. **Job Responsibilities:** At IACC, we transform lives through online education, and we are seeking our new Academic Outreach Coordinator, who will be responsible for coordinating the promotion of the Institution’s various academic programs and generating new prospects to produce qualified leads—ultimately enabling prospective students to enroll at IACC. **Key Duties:** * Coordinate outreach activities—both in-person and online—with private or public institutions to drive traffic and applications to IACC. * Coordinate email distribution of information to interested prospects and issue invitations to the Institution to facilitate virtual attendance. * Provide on-site support at fairs or conduct in-person visits as required. * Propose communication strategies for promoting academic programs. * Ensure adequate staffing for carrying out assigned activities (directly managing recruitment of necessary personnel). * Guarantee implementation of an outreach activity plan. **Requirements:** * Knowledge: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Education: Technical or Professional degree. * Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in outreach roles within Higher Education Institutes.
