Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Compliance and Risk Management Analyst to strengthen internal controls and ensure implementation of the corporate prevention model. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to risk mitigation and compliance with internal policies. **Senior Compliance and Risk Management Analyst** We are looking for a Senior Compliance and Risk Management Analyst with experience in regulatory compliance, auditing, and corporate risk management to join a team focused on continuous improvement and strengthening the organization’s internal controls. **Position Objective** Ensure the correct implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of the Prevention Model and the corporate compliance system, contributing to risk mitigation, compliance with internal policies, and generation of key reports for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** Manage and monitor the annual corporate compliance plan. Administer and update the risk matrix, along with associated policies, procedures, and protocols. Coordinate training activities, internal investigations, and collection of relevant information. Prepare management reports and documentation related to compliance and internal control. Participate in internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives in control processes. **Required Profile** Professional degree in Public Accounting, Auditing, or a related field (mandatory). 4–5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management. Solid and demonstrable knowledge of risk management (mandatory). Advanced Excel skills, ideally including experience with macros. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is desirable. **Work Modality** Hybrid work arrangement, requiring two days per week of on-site attendance.
