In this opportunity, we are seeking an Agile Coach to work on a part-time basis. **Key Responsibilities** * Observe and provide feedback on model adoption without facilitating ceremonies (the Project Manager’s responsibility). * Ensure the quality of user stories and techniques (INVEST, DoR, acceptance criteria) and compliance with the Definition of Done (DoD). * Maintain board hygiene, state consistency, and documentation of Initiative Cards in Jira and Confluence. * Record coaching support in the IT Governance space in Jira (Intervention, Impediment, Improvement Opportunity, Risk, and Adoption Tracking). * Support the Business in creating user stories, User Story Mapping, and UAT testing for initiatives assigned by IT Governance. * Deliver targeted training sessions based on identified Improvement Opportunities and propose training suggestions (without administering global programs). * Report findings and progress to IT Governance during the weekly check-in. **Requirements** * Experience: 5+ years in software teams and 3+ years as a coach or facilitator supporting multiple teams simultaneously within organizations with formal governance. * Methodologies: Practical expertise in Scrum and Kanban (mandatory). * Product Management: Backlog refinement using INVEST criteria, story splitting, Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), and verifiable acceptance criteria. * Metrics and Tools: Proficiency in flow metrics (WIP, CFD, Lead Time, Cycle Time, SLE) and mastery of Jira and Confluence (workflows, boards, JQL, and documentation). * Techniques: Facilitation of User Story Mapping and release planning. **What Can We Offer You?** * Part-time employment arrangement. * Hybrid work model. * Join a high-caliber multidisciplinary team. * Promote work-life balance. * Be part of a regionally recognized company with global presence. * A multicultural culture that promotes inclusion and diversity.
