Job Summary
**Deebs Health \& Wellness Services Chile SpA** is seeking an organized, empathetic, and customer-oriented ***Customer Support Assistant*** to join our team in Viña del Mar. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will provide administrative and customer service support for client accounts, assisting with routine inquiries, account information, service requests, appointments, documentation, billing-related questions, and assistance with the digital platform. You will maintain accurate account records, track pending requests, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure clients receive professional and timely support throughout their relationship with the company. This is a non-clinical support position. The employee will not diagnose medical conditions, recommend treatments, prescribe medications, or independently perform regulated healthcare activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates and candidates with limited work experience who are interested in customer service, client support, healthcare administration, wellness services, customer relations, or business operations. Responsibilities: Provide daily support to assigned client accounts. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and authorized digital channels. Provide accurate information about wellness services and authorized administrative processes. Assist customers with routine account-related questions. Keep customer contact and account information up to date. Create and update customer records in CRM systems. Document customer interactions and follow-up actions. Process routine account and service requests. Assist with customer registration and onboarding. Support appointment and service coordination as appropriate. Confirm routine account and appointment information. Monitor customers’ pending requests. Follow up on unresolved account matters. Assist customers with online portals and authorized digital services. Provide basic guidance for account access issues. Monitor shared customer service inboxes and work queues. Coordinate requests with wellness services and administration teams. Assist with routine billing or payment status inquiries using authorized information. Appropriately escalate complex billing or account discrepancies. Maintain accurate customer documentation. Assist with verification of account information. Support customer feedback and satisfaction activities. Handle routine complaints professionally. Refer complex or sensitive customer concerns. Keep account records updated in Excel or Google Sheets. Prepare basic customer support reports. Assist with customer retention and follow-up activities. Comply with confidentiality and data protection procedures. Maintain appropriate boundaries regarding clinical or medical inquiries. Participate in improving customer service and account management.
Requirements: Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification. Technical or professional studies in Business Administration, Customer Service, Healthcare Administration, Commercial Management, Communication, or related fields are preferred. Approximately 0\-1 year of relevant experience. Prior customer service experience is not mandatory. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong customer service orientation. Empathetic and professional communication style. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
