Otis is growing and seeking a maintenance mechanic for Concepción and surrounding areas. Your priority is to ensure passenger and customer safety through safe maintenance of assigned elevator and escalator units. On a typical day, you will:* Complete 100% of scheduled maintenance and service visits for assigned elevator units. * Work within your defined geographic zone / territory, managing the equipment portfolio within that area. * Respond proactively and promptly to resolve any breakdowns, aiming for first-time resolution. * Perform minor repairs to ensure continuous operation. * Maintain direct on-site contact with customers to build strong working relationships. What You’ll Need to Succeed!* Education: Technical or vocational training in Electromechanical Maintenance, Electronics, Mechanics, Automation, or related fields. * Experience: Experience in elevator, escalator, or other electromechanical equipment maintenance. Knowledge of basic diagnostics and preventive maintenance. Installation Technician mechanical profiles may also be considered. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Must hold valid technical certification to perform job duties.
