Position Overview BoxPack Edge is seeking an experienced and strategic **Supply Chain Manager** to oversee and optimize the end\-to\-end supply chain, from sourcing and procurement through production, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. The successful candidate will ensure materials and products are available when needed while controlling costs, improving efficiency, and supporting sustainable business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage end\-to\-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, and distribution. * Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business and export requirements. * Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts, performance, and service levels. * Coordinate purchasing of raw materials, packaging components, equipment, and operational supplies. * Monitor inventory levels and establish appropriate replenishment and stock\-control procedures. * Develop demand, supply, production, and distribution plans. * Identify supply risks, shortages, delays, and potential disruptions and implement mitigation strategies. * Monitor logistics activities and coordinate domestic and international shipments. * Analyze supply chain costs and identify opportunities for savings and operational improvements. * Establish and monitor KPIs related to inventory, procurement, supplier performance, logistics, and order fulfillment. * Collaborate with production, finance, sales, quality, and operations teams. * Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, export requirements, and applicable Chilean regulations. * Lead continuous\-improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, sustainability, and cost reduction. * Prepare supply chain reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance updates for management. Required Qualifications * **Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.** * **5\+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, operations, or a similar leadership position.** * Proven experience managing suppliers, procurement activities, inventory, logistics, and distribution operations. * Strong knowledge of supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and procurement processes. * Demonstrated experience negotiating with suppliers and managing strategic vendor relationships. * Strong understanding of logistics and international/export supply chain processes. * Excellent analytical, financial, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience developing and monitoring supply chain KPIs and performance metrics. * Strong leadership and team\-management capabilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder\-management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP or supply chain management systems. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in **manufacturing, packaging, consumer goods, exports, or sustainable products**. * Experience managing international suppliers and export logistics. * Knowledge of biodegradable, recyclable, or environmentally sustainable materials and supply chains. * Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. * Professional certification such as **CSCP, CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent** is an advantage. * Experience with demand\-planning, warehouse\-management, or transportation\-management systems. * Knowledge of Chilean import/export procedures and international trade requirements.
