What will you do? Execute the full cycle of preparation and submission of statistical reports required by the regulatory authority, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines. Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract information from multiple sources. Process, clean, and transform large volumes of data using Python, BigQuery, SQL, and GCP tools, replacing manual processes. Implement automated QA controls to ensure data quality and integrity. Identify optimization and automation opportunities to reduce manual operational workload. Act as a technical bridge between business units and IT, providing analytical and technological insights. What are we looking for? Degree in Commercial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial sector (banking, insurance, or fintech). Proficiency in: Python, SQL, BigQuery, and GCP tools. Experience with process modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart). Knowledge of agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies.
