Execute support, operation, and maintenance activities for campus technological resources, ensuring continuity of IT, telecommunications, and audiovisual services for students, faculty, and staff. Main responsibilities Perform hardware and software maintenance and operation, computer equipment, printing services, and videoconferencing. Verify proper functionality and access to technological and audiovisual services in classrooms, auditoriums, laboratories, and administrative areas.
