We are seeking an IT professional to ensure the proper technical operation of a chat-based service platform, guaranteeing operational continuity, information security, and efficient support for the service team. The selected candidate will play a key role in the technical administration of the channel, incident monitoring, and management of data and reports related to service operations. Main Responsibilities: Supervise the proper technical operation of the chat channel. Manage the implementation and operation of the web plugin, CRM, and data registration systems. Promptly detect, resolve, and report technical incidents. Coordinate solutions and improvements with the team and technical counterpart. Track implemented measures and their outcomes. Support monthly statistical analysis of service data and indicators. Prepare technical and operational reports requested by the counterpart. Ensure appropriate handling and protection of sensitive data in accordance with current regulations. Requirements: Technical or professional degree in IT (Computer Engineering, Executive Engineering, or related field). Experience or knowledge in technical support, web platforms, CRM, and database management. Demonstrable knowledge of legal and administrative regulations related to sensitive data protection. Desirable familiarity with current regulations such as Law 19.628, 20.584, 21.331, 21.663, 21.459, and MINSAL regulations. Analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
