We are looking to incorporate into our team an IT Project Manager with strong leadership and management skills to lead the execution of our technology and telecommunications contracts, ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction within the industry. Position Objective: Plan, direct, and control the full execution of technological and IT infrastructure projects (e.g., fiber optic maintenance, data centers, networks), efficiently managing human, technical, and financial resources, while guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, budgets, and the company’s and customers’ high Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSEC) standards. Main Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the complete lifecycle of assigned IT projects, from initiation through closure and billing. Team Leadership: Coordinate and supervise personnel under supervision (IT Supervisors, IT Technicians, Foremen), ensuring an optimal working environment and compliance with legal regulations and internal policies (RIOHS). Financial Control and KPIs: Monitor project budget (CAPEX/OPEX), prepare progress reports, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs). Customer Relationship: Act as the direct technical and commercial counterpart with the client on-site, participating in status meetings and managing deviations or new requirements. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and occupational health standards required across various sites or operations. Profile Requirements: Academic Qualification: Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Connectivity and Networks Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading IT infrastructure, telecommunications, or technology service projects, preferably in the industrial or mining sector. Technical Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Advanced Excel, MS Project) and preparation of management reports. Certifications (Desirable): PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL certification. Additional Conditions: Willingness to travel to various sites or operational centers in the northern region.
