We are looking for a Field Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate teams dedicated to selling prepaid SIMCARDS through the traditional channel, ensuring goal attainment and sustained growth. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and actively accompany sales representatives in the field, driving their development and performance. Plan strategic routes and set clear goals for the team. Conduct detailed tracking of sales, collections, and attendance. Report results directly to management on a daily and weekly basis. Identify opportunities for improvement in commercial management to maximize results. What We Look For In You: Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving targets. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and digital tools for analysis and reporting. Availability to work alongside field staff and travel to assigned regions (V Region).
