




Job Summary: We are seeking a telecommunications technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications towers, ensuring the operational continuity of mobile services. What will you do in this role? You will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on telecommunications towers, ensuring the operational continuity of mobile services. You will work with wireless and cabled equipment (copper and optical fiber), and participate in interventions involving transmission, power, and air-conditioning systems. Your main responsibilities will include: * Performing maintenance at mobile sites (indoor and outdoor). * Intervening in transmission links: microwave and optical fiber. * Performing electrical work (distribution panels, DC plants, batteries). * Conducting optical fiber splicing and measurements (Power Meter, OTDR). * Supporting FTTH outside plant tasks (splice closures, CTOs, splitters, etc.). * Recording activities and reporting operational incidents. What are we looking for? \- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications maintenance, specifically in FO (optical fiber) and MMOO (microwave) \- (**MANDATORY)** * Technical training in electricity, electronics, telecommunications, or related fields. * Class B driver's license **(MANDATORY)** * Availability for fieldwork and working at heights. Additional qualifications (non-mandatory): * Familiarity with Huawei equipment (indoor/outdoor). * Experience with power systems, air-conditioning systems, or generator sets. * Experience in commissioning mobile base stations (advanced level). * Basic proficiency with computer tools (email, reporting, spreadsheets).
