Main responsibilities: Operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems (air conditioners, chillers, VRV/VRF, fan coils, split units, among others). Technical fault diagnosis and resolution. Monitoring of equipment and installation performance. Recording of maintenance activities and technical reports. Coordination with external suppliers when required. Compliance with safety regulations and internal building protocols. Requirements: Intermediate or higher-level technical qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration or related field. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in similar positions (ideally in corporate buildings).
