Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Supervisor for our plant in Quilicura, responsible for overseeing security operations, managing shifts, and coordinating emergency responses—contributing to excellence at a leading company. We are currently seeking a Senior Supervisor for our plant located in the commune of Quilicura. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise security measures and protection of assets, facilities, and personnel. * Ensure operational continuity of shifts and security patrols, reporting attendance and contingencies. * Collaborate in implementing preventive security measures. * Report and record incidents occurring during shifts. * Verify proper use of resources and condition of facilities. * Coordinate perimeter patrols and notify visits by external authorities. * Support emergencies as a member of the Emergency Brigade and participate in its training programs. **Requirements:** * High school graduate / Technical Administration graduate, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Former Sub-Officer or Officer of Carabineros or the Investigative Police (Mandatory). * CCTV Course (Mandatory) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Availability to work rotating 4x4 shifts (day and night). * Availability to work 100% on-site in Quilicura. **Join ICB Today!** **Requirements:** * High school graduate / Technical Administration graduate, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
