Because together we can change our patients’ lives, we are seeking a **Security Guard – CCTV and Alarm Systems Operator for our San Carlos de Apoquindo Clinic, on fourth shift (day and night).** Your primary **objective** is to detect, prevent, and eliminate potential thefts, acts of sabotage, damage, fire hazards, accidents, or any other act or irregularity contrary to the Clinic’s regulations—through surveillance, patrols, or application of security techniques—that could compromise the safety and integrity of people and/or assets. **Main Responsibilities** * Verify compliance with area protocols and/or procedures across all activities related to safeguarding and control at the Clinic. * Evaluate and issue reports on actions and investigations conducted by personnel under your supervision regarding safeguarding and control matters. * Maintain constant attention to radio communications with team members. * Conduct daily oversight of contractor personnel, verifying compliance with fire prevention, occupational accident, and occupational disease prevention regulations. * Periodically monitor Clinic premises and parking areas to prevent and correct deficiencies in safeguarding and control measures. * Place emergency calls to Carabineros (Chilean police), investigative agencies, firefighters, or other authorities upon direct instruction from superiors. * Report incidents or emergencies to the Security Manager via any available channel. * Activate Code Blue immediately upon receiving instruction. * Conduct daily periodic inspections of Clinic premises and parking areas to assess overall security conditions and identify potential risks. * Document all daily incidents or emergencies occurring during your shift in your logbook. * At the end of your shift, inspect various areas to verify closures and identify unprotected elements. * Implement preliminary actions in situations involving protection of the Clinic’s assets, its staff, and visitors. * Apply theoretical and practical knowledge to identify and resolve emerging issues. * Participate in emergency situation management, assuming responsibility during initial phases. * Safeguard and maintain order of assigned area keys and be accountable for duplicates. * Keep the taxi request filing system up to date for subsequent billing verification. * Record daily critical security moments—including cash transfers and access to sensitive areas vulnerable to theft, robbery, or fire. * Respond to internal and external Clinic client requests, contributing to overall on-site personal security. * Support various Clinic activities related to patient transport and containment, as well as procedures involving deceased persons. * Complete required training courses offered by San Carlos de Apoquindo Clinic to ensure proper integration into the organizational culture and uphold clinical and administrative quality and safety standards. * Support development of an appropriate working environment within your department, as well as the quality of tasks performed. * Perform or assist in other duties related to your position as assigned by your supervisor(s). **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary education. * Experience: One year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge: * OS\-10 Course from Carabineros de Chile **Work Schedule: Fourth Shift (day and night).** **Key Benefits** Your health—and your family’s—is our top priority!
