Perlamed SpA seeks to incorporate a proactive, results-oriented Pharmaceutical Sales Representative into its team to manage the promotion and commercialization of our pharmaceutical products in the Metropolitan Region. The primary mission will be to establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and sector clients; communicate product features and benefits; and contribute to achieving the company’s commercial objectives. Main Responsibilities
* Promote and present Perlamed SpA’s pharmaceutical product line to physicians, pharmacists, healthcare centers, and related establishments.
* Conduct periodic visits to prospective and existing customers to strengthen commercial relationships and identify new business opportunities.
* Clearly, accurately, and up-to-date communicate each product’s features, indications, dosage, advantages, and applicable regulations.
* Develop visit plans and commercial strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
* Collect and convey information regarding customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and suggestions to the commercial management team.
* Manage orders, delivery tracking, and after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain up-to-date records of activities and report progress, results, and incidents per company guidelines.
* Comply with current ethical and legal regulations governing pharmaceutical product promotion and advertising.
Qualifications and Academic Requirements
* A university-level professional or technical degree in **Chemistry and Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Medicine, Nursing, Nutrition, Medical Technology**, or a related health field.
* Graduates or degree holders in commercial or administrative fields are also considered, provided they demonstrate proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
Work Experience
* Minimum **2 years of experience** in similar roles: sales representative, medical representative, or commercial positions in the pharmaceutical industry, laboratories, or medical product distribution.
* Experience managing a client portfolio in Santiago and familiarity with the Chilean healthcare market will be valued.
Technical and Regulatory Knowledge
* Basic knowledge of pharmacological principles, product families, medical terminology, and Chilean pharmaceutical promotion regulations.
* Proficiency in computer tools: Microsoft Office suite, email, commercial management systems, and mobile applications.
* Familiarity with the Chilean healthcare environment, distribution channels, and target professionals.
