Job Summary: We are seeking a Loss Prevention Support Operator for a retail client, responsible for controlling shrinkage and ensuring a safe environment for customers and employees. Key Highlights: 1. Minimize shrinkage and losses through access control and supervision. 2. Assist in detecting and mitigating theft and operational risks. 3. Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and staff. We are looking for a Loss Prevention Support Operator for an important retail client. ### **The Challenge / Mission** Your primary mission will be to efficiently monitor and control known sources of shrinkage and loss within the store, minimizing impacts caused by accidents, administrative errors, operational failures, or illicit activities. You will be a fundamental pillar in maintaining a safe, reliable, and protected environment for both our customers and all employee teams. ### **Your Main Challenges (Responsibilities)** * **Monitor and supervise checkout areas**, as well as access to key zones such as the Construction Yard, including registration of vehicle, product, and customer entries. * **Thoroughly review delivery manifests** and the legal documentation authorizing the movement and transfer of goods in receiving and dispatch areas. * **Monitor access by internal and external personnel**, ensuring strict compliance with established security controls. * **Oversee activation of alarm and inventory systems**, actively collaborating on CCTV management and participating in evacuation drills or exercises. * **Directly support loss prevention supervisors**, occupational risk prevention specialists, and security guards in detecting and mitigating theft. * **Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations**, timely implementing the company’s risk management plans. ### **What We Require From You (Requirements)** * Completed Secondary Education or Technical-Professional qualification. * Minimum one year of desirable work experience in security, inventory control, or loss prevention—ideally within the retail sector. * Knowledge of legal documentation related to product movement (e.g., manifests, invoices) and standard operational procedures. * Proficiency in PC usage at user level and basic first-aid knowledge. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Personal requirements: Valid Chilean ID card (or permanent residency for foreigners) and health condition compatible with the position’s physical and operational duties. ### **What We Offer (Benefits)** * Join a leading and stable company in the retail market. * Job stability and a well-organized shift schedule. * Ongoing training opportunities in security, prevention, and operational regulations.
