A key component in ensuring a safe and reliable operational environment For an important client in the **Retail** sector, we are seeking a **CCTV Operator** ### **The Challenge / Mission** Your primary mission will be to safeguard the overall security of the store, its employees, and customers through strategic and proactive monitoring of closed-circuit television (CCTV) and alarm systems. You will play a critical role in timely risk detection, loss mitigation, and immediate coordination during emergencies—ensuring a secure, reliable, and company-standard-aligned operational environment. ### **Your Key Responsibilities (Functions)** * **Continuously monitor** the store’s CCTV systems, alarms, fire control systems, and inventory control detection systems. * **Control access and egress** to the CCTV area, ensuring accurate logging in the corresponding registers. * **Promptly detect risks and threats** (shrinkage, internal/external theft, operational failures) and coordinate actions with the security team and relevant authorities. * **Provide operational support** to Loss Prevention and Security Guard teams during contingencies or suspicious situations. * **Ensure compliance** with standard operating procedures, corporate security and hygiene plans, and applicable regulations. * **Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion** regarding the handling of store-related information and visual records. ### **What We Require from You (Requirements)** * Completed Secondary Education or Technical Professional qualification. * Valid **CCTV Operator Certificate** issued by an academic or accredited institution in Chile. * Valid and approved **OS-10 Course for Security Guards** (ideally complemented with additional training in emergency response/fire extinguisher use, detainee handling, and fundamental rights). * Demonstrable **technical knowledge** in operating CCTV systems, alarm systems, fire control systems, and user-level PC operation. * Preferred **minimum one year of experience** in similar roles within the retail industry. * **Availability to work rotating shifts**. * **Personal requirements:** Valid national ID card (foreign nationals must hold permanent residency) and physical/mental fitness compatible with the position. ### **What We Offer (Benefits)** * Job stability and integration into a leading company in its sector. * Market-competitive compensation and a structured shift system. * Ongoing training opportunities in security and loss prevention.
