




Job Summary: We are seeking a Loss Prevention Support Operator to monitor shrinkage hotspots, minimize the impact of accidents and errors, and maintain a safe environment in retail. For an important Retail industry client, we are seeking a **Loss Prevention Support Operator**. ### **The Challenge / Mission** Your primary mission will be to efficiently control known shrinkage and loss hotspots within the store, minimizing impacts caused by accidents, administrative errors, operational failures, or illicit activities. You will be a fundamental pillar in maintaining a safe, reliable, and protected environment—for both our customers and all team members. ### **Your Main Challenges (Responsibilities)** * **Monitor and supervise the cashier area**, as well as access to key areas such as the Builder’s Yard, including vehicle, product, and customer entry registration. * **Thoroughly review delivery guides** and the legal documentation authorizing the movement and transfer of goods in receiving and dispatch areas. * **Monitor access by internal and external personnel**, ensuring strict compliance with established security controls. * **Supervise alarm system activations** and inventory systems, actively collaborating in CCTV monitoring and participating in evacuation drills or exercises. * **Provide direct support to loss prevention supervisors**, occupational risk prevention specialists, and security guards in theft detection and mitigation. * **Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations**, timely implementation of the company’s risk management plans. ### **What We Require from You (Requirements)** * Completed Secondary Education or Technical/Professional qualification. * Minimum one year of relevant work experience in security, inventory control, or loss prevention—ideally within the Retail sector. * Knowledge of legal documentation related to product movement (delivery guides, invoices, etc.) and standard operational procedures. * Proficiency in PC usage at user level and basic first-aid knowledge. * Availability to work on rotating shifts. * Personal requirements: Valid Chilean national ID (or permanent residency for foreigners) and health status compatible with the role’s physical and operational duties. ### **What We Offer (Benefits)** * Join a leading and solid company in the Retail market. * Job stability and a well-organized shift schedule. * Continuous training opportunities in security, prevention, and operational regulations.
