**Digital Lock Installation Technician** Location: Metropolitan Region, Chile Net Salary: $900.000 **Job Summary** * We are looking for a Digital Lock Installation Technician to carry out the installation and configuration of our devices in the Metropolitan Region. The ideal candidate must be meticulous, responsible, and possess technical skills for installing digital locks. We expect neat, clean, and highly dedicated work, ensuring each lock is correctly installed and fully operational. Responsibilities ✅ Install digital locks on various types of doors with precision and care. ✅ Configure functions and access settings for each lock according to customer needs. ✅ Verify correct lock operation after installation. ✅ Explain basic lock usage to the customer upon completion of installation. ✅ Perform on-site repairs when necessary (warranties, technical failures, maintenance, etc.). ✅ Occasionally perform emergency installations, transporting the lock to the customer's residence. ✅ Offer the customer the connectivity hub if not previously acquired, explaining its benefits. ✅ Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition for every installation. ✅ Report any technical issues detected during installation or repair. **Requirements** * Experience: Minimum 1 year installing traditional or digital locks. * Minimum age: 23 years * Own transportation: Mandatory. Can be a vehicle or motorcycle, as travel between installation sites is required. * Valid driver's license: Required. **Skills:** * Highly responsible and dedicated during each installation and repair. * Precision and attention to detail to ensure neat and clean work. * Ability to follow technical manuals and procedures. * Good customer interaction when explaining basic lock usage and answering questions. * Skill in clearly and professionally offering additional products (such as hubs).
