Key responsibilities include: Coordinating and supervising fiber optic, line, and dispatch teams; planning and controlling preventive, corrective, and emergency response maintenance activities; managing resources, access rights, permits, and work scheduling; supervising operational indicators, quality, and SLA compliance; leading technical teams by monitoring performance and adherence to procedures; reviewing AutoCAD drawings, preparing work schedules, and managing material quantification; maintaining continuous communication with clients, Project Managers, and internal departments. Requirements: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Executive Engineering in Telecommunications, or related field; minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles; proven experience leading fieldwork teams; knowledge of external plant networks, fiber optics, and network maintenance; proficiency in AutoCAD and operational management tools (OfficeTrack or similar is a plus).
