### **DESCRIPTION**
A leading telecommunications company is seeking a DUO Operations Technician, who will be responsible for executing installations, configurations, maintenance, and technical support for internet, telephony, and connectivity services for residential and business customers. Main responsibilities: Install and activate internet, telephony, and connectivity services. Perform service drops, optical fiber splicing, and link activation. Install and certify structured cabling. Assemble ducts, conduits, cable trays, and racks. Configure routers, switches, access points, firewalls, and IP telephony. Diagnose and resolve connectivity and equipment failures. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Conduct functionality and quality tests prior to service delivery. Guide customers on the use of installed equipment and services. Maintain updated records of installations and completed work. Requirements: \- Experience as an Installer in a Telecommunications company (mandatory requirement) \- Experience in residential and telecommunications installations \- Experience in optical fiber splicing and structured cabling \- Preferred knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, and the OSI model. Preferred basic familiarity with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, or Fortinet equipment. \- Knowledge of routers, switches, access points, firewalls, and IP telephony. \- Completed Cisco CCST course (preferred) \- Availability for fieldwork. \- Class B driver's license: mandatory requirement. Good customer service skills, organization, responsibility, and ability to follow instructions. Conditions: Assigned van for performing duties. Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
