At Minuto Verde, we are currently seeking a **Line Supervisor (Broad Bean/Corn Processing)** to join our team for the 2026\-2027\ production season. We seek individuals with experience leading teams in industrial or agro-industrial processes, capable of coordinating and supervising production operations while ensuring compliance with the company's safety, quality, food safety, and productivity standards. This position involves supervision of raw material washing, shelling, cutting, and pre-blanching stages. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate work teams in production operations. * Organize daily staffing according to the production schedule. * Supervise raw material supply and operational continuity of the line. * Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards. * Manage operational contingencies and coordinate actions with support departments. * Train and support staff in their duties. * Promote improvements aimed at enhancing process efficiency and productivity. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification at secondary or higher level in Agro-industry, Industrial Processes, Food Science, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams in production, industrial, or agro-industrial plants. * Knowledge of production processes, operational variable control, industrial safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
