In our **GLP Business Planning and Management Control Sub-Management**, we are seeking a **Process Control Engineer**, based in Santiago. The primary mission of this role is to ensure the proper functioning and continuity of the area’s commercial, financial, and operational processes, guaranteeing information quality, availability, and reliability, as well as compliance with business-defined guidelines and policies. Additionally, the role will be a key contributor to operational excellence, leading continuous improvement initiatives and actively participating in cross-functional working groups. **What will be your main challenges?** * Ensure operational continuity of budgeting processes. * Guarantee continuity and proper functioning of pricing processes. * Monitor and validate commercial management processes and business operational flows. * Design and automate BI dashboards and reports for decision-making. * Formalize and document area procedures in a structured, auditable manner, aligned with compliance standards. * Consolidate and report information required by public agencies or regulatory entities. * Lead and implement end\-to\-end continuous improvement and process automation projects. * Actively participate in cross-functional working groups and integration projects.
