The purpose of this position is to ensure the physical safety of employees, visitors, assets, and technological infrastructure of the facility. We seek a private security professional distinguished by executive presence, analytical judgment for risk management, assertive communication, and strict compliance with current legal regulations issued by the Regulatory Authority (OS\-10\). **Key Missions and Operational Responsibilities** * **Access Control and Reception:** Supervise, validate, and register the flow of people, contractors, executives, and visitors through the corporate tower’s digital access platforms and turnstiles. * **Infrastructure Inspection:** Conduct periodic inspection rounds across internal areas, basements, technical rooms, exterior perimeters, and common zones to verify the status of closures and evacuation routes. * **Monitoring and Support for CCTV Control Center:** Maintain continuous coordination with the CCTV camera control center, verifying intrusion alarms, fire suppression systems, and unauthorized access events. * **Incident and Contingency Management:** Act as first responder in emergency situations, intrusions, operational failures, or evacuation requests, rigorously applying the building’s security protocols. * **Incident Documentation and Logbook Maintenance:** Thoroughly document each shift via internal audit reports, high-value correspondence logs, and incident logbooks. **Application Criteria and Mandatory Requirements** * **Legal Certification:** Valid **OS\-10 certification issued by Carabineros de Chile** (*mandatory and non-waivable requirement*). * **Education:** Completed secondary education (verified). * **Demonstrable Experience:** Minimum 2 years of continuous experience in guarding and surveillance duties at corporate towers, embassies, hotels, or high-demand business centers. * **Personal Competencies:** Excellent diction, user-oriented service attitude toward corporate clients, composure in conflict resolution, and punctuality. * **Location:** Willingness to work on-site in Las Condes Commune (near El Golf / Alcántara Metro Station). **Employment Conditions** * **Compensation:** CLP $1\.900\.000 net monthly salary, transferred promptly to a bank account. * **Contractual Relationship:** Direct employment contract with UAE Safari World SpA. * **Work Environment:** Internationally standardized facilities located in a strategic area of Santiago.
