MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement and lead technical training projects in Chile. / Plan and coordinate regional expansion of the projects. / Manage relationships with training centers, technical institutions, and universities. / Coordinate the design of curricula and technical content. / Ensure compliance with Sandvik’s technical, quality, safety, and compliance standards. / Coordinate technical specialists, instructors, and stakeholders. / Supervise learning assessment and follow-up processes. / Prepare progress and results reports. / Ensure standardization and traceability of the project at the regional level.
