Identify and resolve gaps in desired service quality standards. Coordinate and control configuration changes to existing technical service components. Coordinate operations, support, and maintenance activities for technical services. Coordinate meetings, presentations, training sessions, etc., between users\-customers and Technology. Represent and communicate with users\-customers, logging incidents and/or requests and supervising required solutions or implementations. Maintain the security and continuity of technical services. Ensure compliance with user\-customer requirements. Meet agreed-upon service levels between Technology and each Customer. Guarantee formal, fluent, and effective communication among all involved parties.
