We are committed to **working with trust to better nourish and protect the planet**, and we seek individuals who wish to **grow, learn, and create impact**, contributing as a team to an organization with **purpose and global reach.** **Quilicura – Lesaffre Industrial Chile** We are seeking a **Drying Operator** to join our plant located in Quilicura, becoming part of a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. **Job Description** **What will be your purpose?** Operate, monitor, and control the drying process, ensuring operational continuity, product quality, and compliance with safety, hygiene, and good manufacturing practice standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Operation and control of the production process * Monitoring of equipment and operational continuity * Recording and control of process parameters * Support for packaging, labeling, and finished product handling activities * Communication and reporting of incidents or deviations * Participation in continuous improvement initiatives * Cross-functional support to production operations **Requirements** **What are we looking for in you?** * Completed secondary education or technical-level qualification in production-related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within industrial environments. **Technical Knowledge / Key Competencies** * Proficiency in PC, Excel, and SAP at user level. * Knowledge of quality standards (preferred) * Operational discipline * Collaborative teamwork * Responsibility and operational reliability * Commitment to safety and quality **Additional Information** **Working Conditions and Environment** * Initial fixed-term contract (**3 months**), renewable for a new term or indefinite period based on performance. * Work schedule: Rotating shifts Monday to Friday: **Morning shift** 07:00–15:30 hrs, **Afternoon shift** 14:30–23:00 hrs, **Night shift** 23:00–07:00 hrs * **100% on-site work** at the plant. * **Lunch** provided at the corporate cafeteria. * **Parking** available inside the plant. * Stability, a safe working environment, and internal development opportunities.
