Pedro Montt 2150, Valparaíso, Valparaíso Region * **Net Salary:** CLP $1\.520\.000 / month * **Work Schedule:** On-site (Full-time / Rotating shifts) **Job Objective** Transportes 41 SpA is seeking a dynamic and methodical Warehouse Assistant to join its operational center located along the commercial corridor of Avenida Pedro Montt in Valparaíso. The primary purpose of this role is to perform the physical and operational tasks associated with handling, sorting, packing, and safeguarding the company’s cargo and supplies. The incumbent will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, ensuring that inbound and outbound goods flow meets required standards of speed, accuracy, and safety. **Main Responsibilities** * Unload trucks, ramps, and delivery vehicles, verifying the physical integrity of packages and the condition of packaging upon arrival. * Dispatch and prepare assigned cargo using barcode scanning, routing labels, and physical or digital manifests. * Carry out order preparation activities (*picking* and *packing*), including packing, labeling, and consolidating products according to each client’s or route’s specific requirements. * Move, place, and arrange merchandise on shelves, racks, and designated storage areas, maximizing available space while adhering to established categorization. * Actively support cyclic inventory counts, daily verification counts, and end-of-month audits, immediately reporting any discrepancies or damage detected. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization in aisles, unloading areas, and packing zones, ensuring a clear and safe working environment. * Safely operate manual pallet jacks, stackers, or other logistics support equipment for internal movement of pallets and light-to-medium-weight packages. * Strictly comply with internal occupational risk prevention regulations and consistently wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Candidate Requirements** * Completed secondary education (technical training or logistics-related courses are preferred). * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in warehouse, storage, distribution center, or transportation logistics operations. * Proficient user-level knowledge of data collectors (PDA), radiofrequency scanners, or digital receiving forms. * Physical fitness suitable for manual lifting and handling of cargo (in compliance with current legal limits). * Detail-oriented work ethic, ability to concentrate, proactivity, and willingness to collaborate. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required by the company’s operational needs. * Residence within, or ability to commute easily to, the commune of Valparaíso (Av.
