**Position Objective:**
Coordinate and supervise research projects, ensuring appropriate planning, execution, analysis, and presentation of results in accordance with established objectives, methodological standards, and applicable ethical and regulatory requirements.
**Functions and Responsibilities:**
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise research projects from initiation through closure.
* Develop work plans, schedules, budgets, and research methodologies.
* Coordinate teams of researchers, analysts, assistants, and other professionals involved.
* Design and review data collection instruments, surveys, interviews, and research protocols.
* Supervise data and information collection, organization, and validation.
* Analyze results and support the formulation of conclusions and recommendations.
* Ensure data quality, integrity, and traceability.
* Coordinate with institutions, universities, organizations, clients, and other collaborators.
* Manage permits, documentation, and ethical or regulatory requirements related to studies.
* Supervise adherence to research methodologies, procedures, and standards.
* Prepare technical reports, academic documents, presentations, and executive reports.
* Manage project-related budgets, resources, and vendors.
* Monitor progress, key performance indicators, and deadline compliance.
* Identify risks and implement corrective measures as needed.
* Support the publication and dissemination of research findings.
* Maintain up-to-date project documentation and records.
* Identify new research opportunities and funding sources.
* Promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement in research processes.
**Requirements:**
* Professional degree in Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Health, Education, or a related field, depending on the type of research.
* Experience in coordinating and managing research projects.
* Knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software, as applicable.
* Ability to prepare technical reports and research documents.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
* Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
* Knowledge of ethical guidelines and research best practices.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Fluency in Spanish and English, preferably.
Salary: $2.400.000 per month
