Supervise and verify delivery of procedures, documents, and briefings regarding defined quality and safety standards. Supervise and verify implementation of quality manuals throughout the food service operational process. Ensure documentation, information, and work equipment are delivered in accordance with defined procedures and deadlines. Maintain compliance with standards and procedures. · Requirements 2–3 years of experience in high-volume cafeterias at clinics or hospitals (over 1,500 meals per day). Higher education degree in Gastronomy or a related field. Culinary knowledge, quality procedures, and risk prevention. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
