Duties include preparing and producing food: cleaning, cutting, chopping, and ensuring everything is ready before service. Also cooking according to recipes, techniques, and specified times, and presenting dishes creatively and attractively so they arrive at the table perfectly. **Additionally, inventory and storage control is required:** checking stock levels, ordering raw materials, ensuring proper food preservation, and minimizing waste. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health regulations is essential. Collaboration in menu development and teamwork under supervision is also required. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from Wednesday to Sunday, 09:00 to 17:00. The monthly salary is 1692 euros.
