Promotion of an inclusive and excellence-oriented environment Position Objective: Lead and supervise the institution's academic activities, ensuring educational quality, compliance with study programs, and the holistic development of students and faculty. Main Responsibilities: Design, implement, and supervise institutional academic strategies. Coordinate and evaluate curricula, programs, and teaching methodologies. Supervise faculty performance and professional development. Ensure compliance with educational policies and standards. Analyze academic indicators and establish improvement plans. Coordinate student performance evaluation and follow-up processes. Promote faculty training and continuing education programs. Supervise the planning of schedules, courses, and academic activities. Coordinate with administrators, faculty, students, and families as appropriate. Manage educational innovation and improvement projects. Prepare academic reports for senior management. Supervise compliance with regulations and requirements set by educational authorities. Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and excellence-oriented academic environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field. Graduate degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field (preferred). Experience in coordination, directorial, or academic management roles. Experience in supervising and leading teaching teams. Knowledge of curriculum design, educational assessment, and teaching methodologies. Familiarity with educational regulations and standards.
