The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and controlling daily cargo lifting operations at mining sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with operational procedures. The successful candidate must have proven experience in mining, technical knowledge of lifting maneuvers, and leadership skills to manage field work teams. Requirements: Solid knowledge of lifting techniques and occupational safety regulations. Valid Class B driver's license. Ability to lead, organize, and supervise work teams. Physical fitness compatible with high-altitude work. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily lifting operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. Coordinate field teams, ensuring proper use of equipment and tools. Prepare management reports and operational documentation according to established procedures. Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments involved in operations. Key Competencies: Leadership and decision-making ability under pressure. Clear and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams. Work assignments are coordinated from the Head Office, with services assigned across various mining sites. During periods without assigned site work, support is provided at our premises.
