Leadership, effective communication, and conflict resolution ALJO Construction Company is seeking a Rough Construction Supervisor to work on the Nacimiento Hospital project, located in the commune of Nacimiento, Biobío Region. Requirements: Proven experience in supervising \*rough construction works\* in construction projects. Solid knowledge of \*construction processes, materials, and procedures specific to rough construction\*. Experience in \*interpreting drawings, technical specifications, and construction details\*. Proficiency in performing and managing \*quantity take-offs\*, quantity control, and progress tracking. Ability to \*plan, coordinate, and supervise work crews\*, ensuring adherence to schedules and established deadlines. Experience in \*quality control and field inspection of proper work execution\*. Knowledge of \*safety and risk prevention associated with construction and rough construction activities\*. Leadership ability, effective communication, organizational skills, and conflict resolution capability. Ability to coordinate with professionals, subcontractors, and various specialties involved in the project. Immediate availability. Residence in Nacimiento or nearby communes (mandatory requirement).
