Job Summary: Fastpack is seeking an R&D+i Design and Prototyping Engineer to develop complex 3D models, manage rapid prototyping, and design innovative new products. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a Design and Prototyping Engineer (R\&D\+i) to join our Technical Development and Innovation Management team. **What will you do?** * Develop complex 3D models of components, equipment, and mechanical systems, performing simulations and finite element analysis (FEA/CFD). * Manage the rapid prototyping process and functional testing in laboratory and plant environments. * Prepare engineering technical documentation (DTI), including drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and material and welding specifications. * Design and develop innovative new products, components, and mechanical systems for the piping, valves, and Fire Protection Solutions industries. * Select industrial materials and manufacturing technologies (e.g., welding, machining) suitable for mining-related challenges. * Build functional prototypes and conduct rigorous laboratory testing. * Evaluate technical feasibility of production and scalability of new designs in collaboration with Internal Process Engineers. **Requirements to Apply:** * Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineering Technician or related degree. * 3–5 years of experience in industrial component design, simulation, or prototyping. * Proficiency in CAD/CAE software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CFD). * Experience participating in innovation projects is desirable. **What We Offer:** * Complementary health insurance. * Food allowance. * Banking agreements. * Year-end bonuses. * Other benefits.
