Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement Leader to maintain and enhance processes, and lead audits within a food company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate internal and external quality audits. 2. Develop, review, and improve management system documentation. 3. Maintain processes and procedures up to date and operational. A company with a long-standing presence in the food industry, founded over 70 years ago. It specializes in the production of food products, equipped with modern facilities, and complies with the most stringent standards of the food industry and food service sector. It partners with major brands, supplying them with key raw materials for food and derivative production. Currently seeking its next Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement Leader, who will be responsible for ensuring all processes, procedures, and records associated with management systems remain documented, up to date, and operational; leading, coordinating, and actively participating in internal, external, regulatory, and customer audits; and developing, reviewing, and improving management system documents (e.g., procedures, work instructions, records). Requirements * Education level: Technical professional or university graduate * Professional degree: Food Engineer, Agricultural Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Veterinary Doctor, or related field, with demonstrable experience in quality and food safety management systems within the food industry. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in management systems within the food industry. Specific knowledge: * Quality and food safety management systems (ISO 9001, FSSC, IFS, BRC, HACCP, GMP, among others) * Legal and regulatory requirements applicable to food products and the food industry (Supreme Decree No. 977, RSA) * Poultry production processes (including layer management) (non-exclusive) * Document management * Continuous improvement tools Benefits: * Birthday leave day * Complementary health and life insurance at zero cost * Los Andes Compensation Fund * Salary adjustment according to IPC inflation index * Commuter buses from San Bernardo
