Position Objective: To provide operational and methodological support to the People Management Sub-Division, ensuring standardization, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational development processes and initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating projects, proposing work standards, monitoring indicators, and promoting improvements that contribute to more efficient, consistent, and organizationally strategic management. Key responsibilities of the position: Design, document, and standardize People Management processes, procedures, and tools, ensuring uniform execution across the organization.
