If you’re proactive, achievement-oriented, and passionate about leading teams in high-performance environments, this challenge is for you! Your primary objective in this role will be to supervise processes and resources (human and technical), as well as execute operational functions—ensuring productivity, service level (NDS), accident prevention, and cost control to meet management goals. **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise daily operations and processes across all stages, monitoring activities to ensure excellent management and service levels. Analyze team operational indicators to identify gaps and act on opportunities for continuous improvement. Monitor key KPIs, conducting thorough tracking of productivity, efficiency, and service level (NDS). Lead team safety through preventive talks to reduce accidents in operations. Evaluate and ensure adequate staffing for assigned shifts, identifying personnel capabilities and needs. Guarantee warehouse and workplace order and cleanliness to prevent accident risks. Requirements What do we expect from you? ✨ **Education:** Technical Degree in Logistics, Technical Degree in Logistics Management, or Logistics Engineering. **Experience:** 1–2 years of general work experience and experience in the role, preferably in operational areas within the logistics industry. **Knowledge:** Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency, as well as experience with WMS and ERP systems. **Skills:** Ability to directly lead teams of 5–30 people, manage shifts, and autonomously organize materials. **Availability to work night shifts:** Monday from 01:30 to 09:00, Tuesday–Friday from 00:30 to 09:00, and Saturday from 12:00 to 19:00 hrs.
