Position Summary: We are seeking an MOI Coordinator to lead the technical management of maintenance for hospital infrastructure and industrial equipment under concession contracts. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking an **MOI Coordinator** to lead the technical management of maintenance for hospital infrastructure and industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with the contractual scope and operational continuity of the service. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Ensure the integrity of infrastructure and industrial equipment * Manage the technical scope of the service according to the concession contract * Supervise interventions exclusively on assets covered by the contract * Differentiate infrastructure failures (MOI) from excluded clinical equipment failures * Manage construction and manufacturer warranties * Identify major failures not attributable to the concessionaire * Prepare technical assessments and estimates of additional costs * Coordinate with Fiscal Inspection for requirement management * Supervise compliance with technical and sanitary regulations * Ensure operational continuity of hospital infrastructure **Requirements** -------------- * Professional degree in Engineering or Civil Construction * Specialization in hospital installations * At least **8 years of total work experience** * Minimum **3 years of experience in the healthcare sector** * Experience in hospital concession contracts * Knowledge of construction regulations and sanitary standards * Experience in hospital infrastructure maintenance We seek professionals with **technical expertise, operational judgment, and a focus on contractual compliance**. **Conditions** --------------- * On-site work mode * Stable project * Salary commensurate with experience and job responsibilities Offer under the framework of **Law No. 21.015 on Labor Inclusion**.
