Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the operational activities of a technical team under a Facility Services contract, ensuring compliance with maintenance plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.

We seek a Maintenance Supervisor to join a major Facility Services contract, responsible for coordinating and supervising the technical team’s operational activities, ensuring compliance with maintenance plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
About the Challenge:
* Coordinate and supervise technical staff shifts and handovers to ensure service operational continuity.
* Conduct on-site supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance work execution.
* Audit the quality and accuracy of rounds and inspections conducted in technical rooms and critical infrastructure.
* Validate the closure of Work Orders (WOs), verifying proper execution and supporting photographic evidence.
* Monitor compliance with standards for order, cleanliness, and quality of executed work.
* Coordinate necessary resources, materials, and equipment for proper activity execution.
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and internal procedures.
* Manage daily service operations, ensuring achievement of agreed service indicators and performance levels.
* Maintain ongoing communication with contract management regarding the service’s operational status.
What We’d Love to See in You:
* Education as a Higher-Level Technician or Executive Engineer in Electricity, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Construction, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of total professional experience.
* At least 3 years supervising or leading field maintenance crews.
* Experience coordinating shifts and managing technical teams.
* Familiarity with CMMS platforms (IBM Maximo, Fracttal, or similar preferred).
* Knowledge of 5S-based quality control methodology.
* Understanding of labor regulations and occupational risk prevention.
* Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office.
