This role must guarantee operational continuity and efficiency across the plant by maintaining all equipment and systems. The candidate must be able to identify potential issues and resolve them efficiently and safely. Through regular preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and strategic improvements, this role prevents unplanned stoppages that could affect the production schedule, ensures food safety and process quality, and safeguards personnel—minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. Key responsibilities: \- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment and production lines. \- Inspect equipment and facilities to detect failures and repair needs. \- Diagnose and repair malfunctions, replacing components as necessary. \- Coordinate maintenance priorities with supervisors and shift leads to ensure operational continuity. \- Participate in executing the annual maintenance plan across various production areas. \- Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance activities, incidents, and operational controls. \- Monitor and record parameters for industrial utilities, cold rooms, and critical equipment. \- Supervise proper operation of the drying tower atomizer. \- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment efficiency, productivity, and availability. \- Comply with and promote the company’s established standards for safety, occupational health, environment, quality, and food safety.
