Job Description We are seeking a **Logistics Manager** with experience in strategic planning, team management, and logistics process optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities * **Strategic planning**: Design and implement logistics plans aligned with corporate objectives. * **Supply chain management**: Oversee procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes. * **Process optimization**: Identify opportunities to improve costs and delivery times. * **Team leadership**: Coordinate and motivate logistics and transportation staff. * **Supplier and customer relations**: Negotiate agreements and ensure high levels of satisfaction. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure adherence to transportation, safety, and environmental regulations. * **Executive reporting**: Prepare performance reports and propose improvement strategies. Requirements * Degree in Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * 5–7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. * Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and logistics management tools. * Leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in distribution and transportation companies is highly valued.
